Logix Neo World

Neo World is a Logix Group housing project in Sector 150, Noida, one of the greener sectors along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Portals describe about 498 homes in six towers of around 21 floors. The phase in the RERA pack (UPRERAPRJ4124, registered by Logix Infra Developers Pvt Ltd) covers towers D, E and F with 249 homes. These are 123 two-bedroom units of about 702 sq ft carpet and 126 three-bedroom units of about 928 sq ft carpet. A listing portal cites a second registration, UPRERAPRJ4612, which probably covers the other towers. The mirror shows Phase 1 as completed with a June 2021 date, and portals list the project as ready to move, quoting carpet areas of about 525-1,360 sq ft. The Logix group has had disputes with the Noida Authority over dues on other plots, and a separate Logix company's Blossom Zest project went into insolvency. Buyers should therefore confirm the OC and registry for the specific tower. Sector 150 is close to the expressway and to the planned sports and green spaces of the sector.
