Mayflower at The Prestige City Indirapuram

Mayflower is the second phase of The Prestige City, the 62.5-acre township that Prestige Group is building in Indirapuram Extension along National Highway 24 in Ghaziabad. The company put it on sale in October 2025, after reporting that almost all of the 3,421 homes in the first-phase Oakwood and Mulberry clusters had been sold. Press reports put the phase at about 620 homes with an estimated gross development value of roughly Rs 2,200 crore, which takes the township's total to around Rs 12,000 crore. The UP RERA registration covers about 6.6 acres and 636 units in five towers, made up of 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments, a dozen penthouses and 16 small shops. RERA carpet areas run from about 1,320 sq ft to about 3,533 sq ft. Residents will share township facilities planned by the developer, including two large clubhouses and a Forum-branded mall. The declared completion date on RERA is November 2029. Prices have not been published officially, so buyers should get the current price sheet and payment plan from the developer and track the RERA progress reports before booking.
