Migsun Alpha Central

Migsun Alpha Central is a large commercial project by the Migsun group on plot C2 in Sector Alpha 2, Greater Noida, registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ928123/05/2025 through Superemo Infratech Private Limited. The plot covers 11,288 sq m, close to 2.8 acres. The design places retail shops and food court space from the lower ground floor up to the fourth floor, with two towers of business suites rising above: Tower A to the 27th floor and Tower B to the 23rd. The RERA unit list shows 846 shops, many of them small, and 861 suites of around 200 to 420 sq ft carpet. The project was introduced to investors in June 2025, when the group appointed a sales partner for the lower ground retail zone and quoted entry prices from about 25 lakh rupees. The declared RERA completion date is March 2030. Alpha 2 is an established sector with plotted housing and an existing market, and the site sits at a busy junction. With so many small units in one building, buyers should study the leasing plan, maintenance costs and parking allotment before investing.
