Migsun Nehru Place

Migsun Nehru Place is a commercial cluster being built by the Migsun group on plot TZ-06 in the Techzone area of Greater Noida, land that formed the Ansal IT City and Parks SEZ, in which Migsun took full control after buying out the earlier partners. The UP RERA records, still in the name of Ansal IT City and Parks Limited, split the scheme into four registrations: Nehru Place 1 with 965 units across five blocks including a high-rise, Nehru Place 2 with 674 units, Nehru Place 3 with 425 units in Tower T2, and Migsun Central Market with 1,271 shops. Units in the Nehru Place blocks are compact office and studio-style spaces of roughly 200 to 800 sq ft, while Central Market is a dense retail block of small shops. All four registrations started in November 2023 and carry a declared completion date of October 2028. A portal places the site close to the Delta 1 metro station and about three kilometres from the Yamuna Expressway. Since the land sits inside a large former SEZ parcel, ask how SEZ denotification and lease terms apply to the unit you buy.
