Migsun Rohini Central

Migsun Rohini Central is a big retail and entertainment project being built by Yogiraj Promoters, a Migsun group company, on the community centre plot in Sector 22 Rohini. It is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2023P0019, approved in November 2023, with an end date of October 2029. The record describes shops, commercial establishments, movie theatres, food courts, restaurants, entertainment and health spas on a freehold site of about 36,580 sq m, and lists a total project cost of about Rs 590 crore. The unit table shows about 581 shops of many sizes across floors, with large parking levels in the basements. Rohini already has several district and community centres, but few modern malls on this scale, so Migsun is pitching it as a destination for north-west Delhi. As with most mall projects sold as individual shops, returns depend on how the developer leases and manages the whole complex, so ask about anchor tenants, assured-return or lease guarantee terms, maintenance charges and the parking arrangements.
