Mulberry at The Prestige City Indirapuram

Mulberry is the second of the two clusters that made up the first phase of The Prestige City, Prestige Group's 62.5-acre residential township in Indirapuram Extension, Ghaziabad, launched in April 2025. It is registered with UP RERA as its own project, covering about 12.6 acres with 1,719 homes in nine towers. Unlike the neighbouring Oakwood cluster, Mulberry includes smaller 2 BHK homes alongside 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments, and a limited number of penthouses. RERA carpet areas start at about 774 sq ft for the 2 BHK units and go up to about 3,730 sq ft for the largest penthouses. The township sits beside National Highway 24 on the eastern edge of Ghaziabad, and the developer plans two large clubhouses and a Forum-branded shopping mall within the wider development. News coverage reported strong sales for the first phase, with most units booked soon after launch. The declared RERA completion date is November 2029. As with any under-construction project, buyers should confirm the current price list, payment plan and tower-wise construction stage directly with the developer and cross-check the RERA quarterly progress updates.
