Neo Square

Neo Square is a commercial retail and office project by Neo Developers Pvt. Ltd. in Sector 109, near the Dwarka Expressway and Palam Vihar. It was developed under a 2008 DTCP licence on a site of roughly 2.7 to 3.1 acres, and Haryana RERA registered it in August 2017 as registration 109 of 2017. The project was sold to many investors on an assured-return basis, and a large number of Haryana RERA complaint orders deal with arrears of those assured returns, delays in offering possession and disputed VAT demands; in one 2024 order the authority directed the developer to pay outstanding assured-return dues. Taken together, the record suggests a project that is physically built in large part but still has unresolved compliance and possession issues for some allottees.
