NeoLiv Grand Park is a plotted residential township in Sector 70 of the Kundli urban complex in Sonipat district. It covers about 19.46 acres and is registered with HRERA Panchkula under number HRERA-PKL-SNP-698-2025, approved on 22 May 2025. The registered promoter is South West Bliss Private Limited, and the project is marketed by NeoLiv, a fund-led developer. NeoLiv reported in June 2025 that all 263 plots offered at launch had been sold, with bookings worth more than Rs 300 crore. The layout was planned by Hafeez Contractor together with BDP India and is built around a central urban forest of roughly three acres. A club and amenity area of about 30,000 sq ft is planned, with a pool, health club, library, cafe and children's play spaces.
