Nextra City-3

Nextra City-3 is a residential plotted colony by Nextra Dream Town Realty Private Limited in the revenue estate of Village Kharkhoda, Sector 2, Sonipat district. HRERA Panchkula approved registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-929-2026 on 6 July 2026 under temporary id RERA-PKL-PROJ-2077-2026. The application gives a total project area of about 42,517 square metres, roughly 10.5 acres, of which about 23,211 square metres is shown as plots for sale, with the rest for roads, parks and community sites. Plot sizes range from about 144 to about 1,700 square metres, and the largest group is 12 plots of about 1,703 square metres each, which is unusually large for a residential colony. The filing marks roads, water, sewer, drainage and power as dependent on external agencies such as DTCP and the power utility. Kharkhoda lies south-west of Sonipat city and is the site of IMT Kharkhoda, the HSIIDC industrial township that includes Maruti Suzuki's new plant, which has drawn a wave of plotted colony registrations since 2024. The group's earlier Nextra City, filed by Nextra Developers LLP, has started possession, while Nextra City 2 has received an extension. Buyers should check the intended use of the largest plots and the completion date before booking.
