Nirala Greenshire

Nirala Greenshire is a completed mid-segment housing project by the Nirala group on plot GH-03 in Sector 2, Greater Noida West. The plot is about 40,850 sq m, roughly 10 acres, and the project is registered with UP RERA in two phases. Phase 1 covers eight towers numbered G-6 to G-12 and G-14, with about 1,130 homes, mostly 2 BHK units of about 567 to 711 sq ft carpet plus a large number of 3 BHK homes of about 777 to 1,138 sq ft carpet. Portals list super areas of about 950 to 1,860 sq ft. Since this is an older project with homes already occupied, buyers should ask for the occupancy certificate for the specific tower, check maintenance arrangements and compare resale prices across portals.
