Noble Ayra II

Noble Ayra II is CRA Developers' second project in Sector 32 Rohini, on Plot Pocket 1B, Block B, next to Noble Ayra I. It is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2024P0001, approved in November 2023, with an end date of November 2028. The record describes an ultra-luxury project with four-bedroom-plus-servant apartments and a separate EWS block on a plot of about 9,930 sq m, with 416 parking spaces and a clubhouse. The unit table shows two flats per floor, each of about 193 sq m carpet, roughly 2,075 sq ft, in towers that go above the 16th floor. The total project cost is listed at about Rs 261 crore. This makes Noble Ayra II somewhat larger per flat than the first phase. Sector 32 Rohini is an emerging high-rise cluster on DDA-auctioned group housing plots, with new projects from several mid-sized Delhi builders. It is far from central Delhi but close to the KMP and outer ring road links. We did not find prices. Ask about the construction stage, payment plan and the expected occupancy certificate date.
