NV City-I

NV City-I is a residential plotted colony at Village Pipli in Sector 6 of the Kharkhoda master plan, Sonipat district, promoted by SNPC Residency Limited. HRERA Panchkula received the application on 9 January 2026, heard it on 4 February 2026 and approved registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-853-2026 on 19 February 2026 with the certificate uploaded. A later agenda item in March 2026 asked the promoter to submit details of all project accounts under the special conditions of registration. Kharkhoda lies south-west of Sonipat city and is the site of IMT Kharkhoda, the HSIIDC industrial township that includes Maruti Suzuki's new plant, which has drawn a wave of plotted colony registrations since 2024. NV City-I should not be confused with an earlier project called NV City at Barona, Kharkhoda, filed by SNPC Global Residency LLP under a separate registration. Plot sizes, plot count, prices and the completion date were not published in the sources reviewed, and marketing blogs about NV City plots are not reliable for registration details. Buyers should check that their allotment papers quote the 853-2026 number, review the approved layout, and confirm that the account conditions set by HRERA have been met.
