Oakwood at The Prestige City Indirapuram

Oakwood is one of the two first-phase clusters of The Prestige City, the 62.5-acre township that Prestige Group launched in Indirapuram Extension, Ghaziabad, in April 2025 as its debut residential project in the NCR. The site sits off National Highway 24 on the Ghaziabad side of the Delhi border. Oakwood is registered with UP RERA as a separate project covering roughly 15 acres and 1,702 homes spread over ten towers grouped into Cedar, Deodar and Elm blocks. The unit mix is weighted towards large family homes: 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments, with some 4 BHK layouts marketed with a home office, plus a small number of penthouses at the top. RERA carpet areas run from about 1,058 sq ft for the smaller 3 BHKs to about 3,730 sq ft for penthouses. Together with the neighbouring Mulberry cluster, the first phase totals 3,421 homes in 19 towers, and news reports say most of it sold soon after launch. Township facilities planned by the developer include two large clubhouses and a Forum-branded mall. The developer has declared a RERA completion date of November 2029; buyers should check tower-wise progress and the final price list with the developer.
