Oxirich Chintamani

Oxirich Chintamani, registered with Haryana RERA as Chintamani's, is a premium group housing project in Sector 103 on the Dwarka Expressway. The RERA registration, 19 of 2023 dated 30 January 2023, names Aviana Green Estates Pvt. Ltd. as promoter, with the land licence held by individual landowners, while the project is marketed under the Oxirich brand. The original licence covers about 4.19 acres, and a later RERA public notice shows that the promoter obtained an additional licence in January 2025 and applied to amend the registration, which suggests the project is being enlarged. Listings describe three- and four-bedroom apartments in four towers, with figures of around 312 to 361 units, and quoted starting prices vary widely from about Rs 1.7 crore to over Rs 3 crore depending on the date of the listing. Portals show possession between June and December 2027. Sector 103 has become a busy launch corridor with Godrej Vrikshya, Whiteland and AIPL projects nearby. Buyers should confirm the current tower count and completion date from the amended RERA registration and verify the promoter-brand relationship in the agreement.
