Two portals count about 960 apartments, and one adds that they are spread over six towers. The society offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes. Resale listings show 2 BHK flats from about 1,090 sq ft up to around 1,425 sq ft with a study, and 3 BHK flats from roughly 1,465 to 1,895 sq ft super area. It is fully built and well occupied, with steady rental demand for the smaller units. Listed facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool and kids' pool, gym, jogging and cycling tracks, solar power, rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. Crossings Republik gives residents township schools and shops, and NH-24 connects to Noida Sector 62 and Ghaziabad city. Portals disagree on the handover date (2012 versus 2014) and none showed a confirmed RERA number, so buyers should check the occupation certificate for the specific tower and the conveyance deed before purchasing.
