About Pardesi Ushay Towers
Ushay Towers is a group housing project by Pardesi Developers Private Limited in Village Rasoi, Sector 61, Sonipat, within the Kundli urban complex. The colony was licensed in 2007 under licence 126-128 of 2007 for about 14.15 acres, and the remaining part was registered with HRERA Panchkula as HRERA-PKL-SNP-140-2019, with the certificate issued on 13 August 2019. A promoter's certificate filed in 2020 reports 367 flats in the colony, of which 125 had been sold by the registration date. HRERA listed continuation-of-registration hearings under Section 7(3) during 2024, with the last entry we saw in September 2024 showing no order. Listing portals show 2 BHK flats of about 1,280 sq ft, 3 BHK of about 1,715 sq ft and larger units of 2,391 to 3,110 sq ft, and tag the project as ready to move. Buyers should confirm the occupation certificate for each tower, the result of the Section 7(3) hearings and the status of any unsold inventory before purchase.
