Pardesi Vaikunth

Vaikunth is a residential plotted colony by Pardesi Developers and Infrastructure Private Limited in Village Nangal Kalan, Sector 63, on the Kundli side of Sonipat. It is registered with HRERA Panchkula as HRERA-PKL-SNP-199-2020, dated 20 May 2020, and the portal now shows an extension certificate uploaded. The promoter's certificate describes a site of about 6.143 acres with 109 plots, of which only three were sold by the registration date. A quarterly schedule estimated the total project cost at about Rs 24.4 crore. The filing cites DTCP licence 110 of 2019 dated 11 September 2019, valid up to 10 September 2024, so buyers should confirm that the licence has been renewed. We found no plot-size list, prices or completion certificate. Anyone considering a plot should ask for the approved layout, the renewed licence and the extended RERA validity, and check the development status of internal roads, water and sewer lines on site.
