Prasandi Biigtech

Biigtech is a commercial project by Prasandi Infotech Park Private Limited on plot 21 in Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida. The UP RERA registration, UPRERAPRJ656513/08/2025, covers Towers E and F with 724 units, and the registered project area is about 17,150 sq m within a larger plot of roughly 62,000 sq m. Unit sizes in the RERA list run from small retail kiosks of around 50 sq ft to large office floors of about 7,500 sq ft, and a resale portal shows office units of around 420 sq ft on upper floors. The developer presents the project as a mix of office zones and retail space and says the site is about a quarter of an hour from the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Knowledge Park III is a sector of colleges and institutional campuses, which gives some demand for small offices, coaching and student-facing retail. The registration began in July 2025 and the declared completion date is June 2030. Ask which tower and floor your unit is in and how the remaining towers on the plot will be developed.
