Navrang Square is a retail mall by the Renox Group on the main GT Road in Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. It is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ913076 by Renowned Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., with work approved from September 2022 and a declared completion date of August 2027. The site is about 0.75 acre, and the developer describes roughly 1 lakh sq ft of retail, dining and entertainment space in a ground-plus-four building, with a hypermarket and anchor stores. Parking for about 250 to 300 cars is planned in the basement and on the ground level. The RERA filing lists 126 units: 124 shops of roughly 100 to 410 sq ft carpet and two large spaces suited to an anchor or hypermarket. In November 2025 the group appointed JLL as exclusive leasing partner, which points to a leased, managed mall model rather than a strata market. Portal price figures range from under Rs 40 lakh to over Rs 1.5 crore, but these come from a listing that mislabels the project as residential. Buyers should confirm the leasing arrangement, the tenant commitments and the construction stage.
