Royal Walkway

Royal Walkway is a high-street shopping project by Vidhi Infrabuild on plot LS-05 in Gamma 1, Greater Noida, beside the established Jagat Farm market. The plot measures about 6,760 sq m, or roughly 1.7 acres. Its UP RERA registration, UPRERAPRJ738675, lists 600 units in one building: 470 shops, many of them small kiosk and basement units, and 130 other commercial spaces ranging up to around 4,700 sq ft carpet, the biggest of which suit showrooms, a hypermarket or food court operators. The RERA mirror records the project as completed, with a declared completion date of December 2024. Promotional material describes high-street frontage, showrooms, a food court, a hypermarket, kids' and banking zones, and claims tie-ups with national retail and food brands, but those claims have not been independently confirmed. Gamma 1 is one of the older, well-populated sectors of Greater Noida, and the adjoining Jagat Farm market already draws local shoppers. Before buying, check which brands are actually operating, the parking provision and the occupancy certificate.
