Saya Piazza

Saya Piazza is a shopping mall developed by the Saya group in Sector 131, Noida, inside the Jaypee Wish Town township and opposite its golf course. The UP RERA registration, UPRERAPRJ364061, is held by RGB Infra LLP and covers plots C1 and C2, about 6,970 sq m or roughly 1.7 acres, with 600 shop units ranging from small kiosks to large anchor spaces. Reports describe a built area of around 2 lakh sq ft, of which roughly 1.5 lakh sq ft is for retail stores and about 50,000 sq ft for restaurants, a food court and entertainment. Earlier plans placed a hypermarket on the lower ground floor, shops on the ground and first floors, entertainment on the second floor and dining on the top floor. The group announced in November 2025 that the mall had received its occupancy certificate and that brands had begun fit-outs. The township around it has many residents who previously had to drive out for organised shopping. Although the RERA record sits in the Greater Noida commercial batch, the project is in Noida on the Expressway side. Check which brands are open and the lease status of any unit you plan to buy.
