Saya Status

Saya Status is a large retail-led commercial development by Saya Group on plot C3-A in Sector 129, along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The site, about 18,900 sq m or 4.7 acres, was earlier registered as the 'Oh My God' mixed-use project, which in 2018 was planned with a tall studio tower, a hotel and retail. Saya relaunched it in 2023 as Saya Status, a nine-floor mall of about 1.4 million sq ft that the developer markets as the tallest mall in India, with parking placed in front of shops on the upper floors. UP RERA lists 1,688 shops, mostly small units of about 26 to 433 sq ft carpet, and 719 studio units. Saya reported that half of the mall space was leased within three months of launch and targeted possession in 2025. The RERA mirror shows the registration as completed, with a declared end date of November 2024, but no handover or opening announcement was found, so buyers should confirm the occupancy certificate and the current possession status directly with the developer.
