Signature Global The Millennia

Signature Global The Millennia is an affordable group housing project in Sector 37D, developed under Haryana's Affordable Housing Policy on a site of about 9.7 acres. Built by Signature Global, the developer best known for its large affordable portfolio in Gurugram, it offers compact apartments sold at government-fixed rates through a draw-based allotment, with multiple residential towers. RERA complaint orders show that the project received its occupation certificate in January 2023 and that possession offers followed from February 2023 onward, so it is now an occupied society. Like several projects of its type, it attracted delay complaints because some buyer agreements promised possession by around August 2021. The Millennia sits within Signature Global's Sector 37D cluster, which also includes later phases such as The Millennia 2, 3 and 4 and the premium DXP Estate. The location offers a quick drive to the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48. Under affordable housing rules, resale restrictions and transfer conditions can apply during the lock-in period, so resale buyers should check these with the developer and RERA records.
