Sikka Kaamna Greens

Kaamna Greens is a Sikka Group housing project on plot GH-03/B in Sector 143, Noida, near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The UP RERA registration (UPRERAPRJ5596) is held by Kindle Infraheights Pvt Ltd. It covers about 12.4 acres with 1,848 homes across 14 towers, which carry names such as Airy, Bright, Cheer, Crown and Paradise. Most homes are 2 BHK (995 units, about 444-820 sq ft carpet). There are also 331 one-bedroom units, 372 three-bedroom units, 56 four-bedroom units, 70 studios and 24 penthouses. Sikka launched the project in January 2012, quoting super areas from about 650 sq ft for a 1 BHK to about 1,700 sq ft for a large 3 BHK. The RERA mirror marks it as completed, with a declared completion date of September 2022, and listing portals show it as ready to move. One portal still showed a mid-2025 possession target, so delivery may have varied by tower. Buyers should get the tower-wise OC and registry position before a resale purchase. This is a different project from Sikka Kaamya Greens in Greater Noida West and Sikka Karnam Greens.
