SKA Atlantis

SKA Atlantis is a high-rise housing project by SKA Group in Siddharth Vihar, the planned UP Awas Vikas Parishad scheme off NH-24 and the Delhi-Meerut Expressway in Ghaziabad. The group launched it in July 2026 on a land parcel of about four acres that it acquired from the Parishad. The plan has three towers named Atlas, Eden-Aqua and Coral-Bliss, rising 37, 34 and 34 floors. Homes are 3 BHK and 4 BHK units, with saleable areas from roughly 1,549 sq ft for the smallest 3 BHK to about 2,989 sq ft for the largest 4 BHK with a servant room. A listing portal counts about 720 apartments, eight to a floor. The developer says the ground level will be kept free of vehicles, with landscaped greens and play areas, and that around 1.19 lakh sq ft is given to greenery and facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, a squash court and a coworking space. Portals show the UP RERA number UPRERAPRJ165784/06/2026 and a declared completion in 2031. Launch pricing was reported from about Rs 10,499 per sq ft in the launch coverage, while one portal shows a lower base rate, so buyers should check the current price sheet.
