SKA Orion

SKA Orion is a residential project by the SKA Group on group housing plot GH-01A/2 in Sector 143B, just off the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The plot measures about 13,460 sq m, or roughly 3.3 acres, and holds three high-rise towers named Alpha, Beta and Gamma, each of about 32 storeys, along with a small commercial block. The project offers a single home type in several sizes: RERA lists 508 3 BHK apartments with carpet areas of about 760 to 1,118 sq ft, and listing sites describe super areas of about 1,300 to 1,700 sq ft plus a 3 BHK with study of about 1,900 sq ft. The UP RERA registration dates from March 2021 with a declared completion date of March 2026, and the RERA mirror now shows the project as completed; one listing site describes it as ready to move while advising buyers to confirm. A rooftop sky club with co-working space is one of the marketed features. Sector 143B is close to the Sector 143 metro station on the Aqua Line and to the office parks of Sectors 142 to 144. Portal prices range from about Rs 1.55 crore to Rs 2.75 crore. Ask for the occupancy certificate and check possession status tower by tower before buying.
