Skymarx Horizon One is a residential plotted colony at Village Pipli, Sector 6, Kharkhoda, in Sonipat district. It is marketed under the Skymarx brand, while the promoter on the HRERA Panchkula record is Arveen Build Estate LLP. The project was filed under temporary id RERA-PKL-PROJ-1846-2025 and approved on 28 November 2025 as HRERA-PKL-SNP-797-2025, with the certificate uploaded. Listing sites describe it as a Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana plotted colony with plots of about 100 to 179 square yards on which buyers build their own homes, and say prices are given on call. One listing claims a township of about 100 acres opposite the Maruti plant and another places it across Sectors 6 and 7; neither figure is confirmed by the HRERA snippet, so the site area is left blank.
