The location gives quick road access to South Delhi and Central Noida, and the site is described as overlooking a golf course. Listing sites quote very different prices, from under Rs 2 crore for small units to Rs 8 crore and more for the large residences, so treat any figure as indicative and get the current price list and RERA certificate from the developer.
