Supertech Livingston is a high-rise housing society by Supertech Ltd in Crossings Republik, the 360-acre township on NH-24 in Ghaziabad. Square Yards describes ten towers with about 1,380 flats on roughly 8 acres and lists the project as ready to move, and resale listings on other portals show a lived-in society. Flats are 2 BHK and 3 BHK; an older RealEstateIndia page lists 850 sq ft and 1,425 sq ft options, while Square Yards shows a wider spread from about 850 to 2,075 sq ft super area. Facilities listed include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, play areas and security. Paperwork needs extra care. Supertech Ltd is in corporate insolvency proceedings started on a petition by Union Bank of India; the appellate tribunal moved to a project-by-project approach, which the Supreme Court upheld in May 2023, and in February 2026 the court backed an order for NBCC to finish 16 stalled Supertech projects. No UP RERA registration for Livingston was found, and the code shown on one portal is that portal's agent number. Before buying, confirm that the tower has an occupancy certificate, that the flat's sale deed is registered, and that no dues are pending with the developer or the resolution professional.
