About Supertech Sports Village
Sports Village is a Supertech group housing project on Sports City plot SC-02D next to Knowledge Park V in Greater Noida West. The wider plot is about 2.51 lakh sq m and was cleared for a sports-themed township. A 2017 environment clearance report described plans for over 4,000 flats and about 400 villas. The UP RERA registrations, all held by Supertech Ltd, are much smaller. Phase I (UPRERAPRJ408) covers 896 homes in towers A1, A2, B1 and B3: 700 two-bedroom units of about 535-636 sq ft carpet and 196 three-bedroom units of about 756 sq ft. Phase II (UPRERAPRJ565) is a villa phase with no units listed on the mirror. Phase III (UPRERAPRJ650295) has 104 shops. Supertech Ltd has been in insolvency since 2021. In December 2024 the NCLAT appointed NBCC to complete 16 stalled Supertech projects, and Sports Village was in NBCC's first phase. The Supreme Court upheld that arrangement in February 2026. The mirror shows the phases as completed, but inclusion in the NBCC list means buyers should expect remaining work. Check tower status, OC and registry before any resale deal.
