U:Fairia is a commercial complex on plot C-04A in Sector 16B, Greater Noida West, promoted by Maheshwari Infratech. It is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ3924, and the RERA mirror shows it as completed, with registration from February 2017 and a declared completion date of June 2025. The plot measures about 10,000 sq m, close to 2.5 acres. The project is registered in two blocks, Corpo Fair and Fashion Fair, names that suggest an office block and a retail block. The unit table lists about 1,253 units: 763 shops starting from very small kiosk sizes, 320 other commercial units such as offices and food counters, and 170 studio units of about 280 to 287 sq ft carpet.
