About Unibera Towers
Unibera Towers is a housing project by Unibera Developers Pvt Ltd on plot GH-16F, in Sector 1 of Greater Noida West. The UP RERA registration (UPRERAPRJ2537) covers about 4.4 acres with 711 homes in five towers, labelled blocks A to E. The mix is mainly 2 BHK (484 units, about 640-841 sq ft carpet) and 3 BHK (206 units, about 1,013-1,350 sq ft), with 21 four-bedroom homes. The RERA completion date was November 2019, but the developer has since gone into insolvency. The tribunal admitted a petition and started the corporate insolvency resolution process, and an IBBI expression-of-interest notice later invited bids for the rights to build and complete Unibera Towers. In December 2022 UP RERA penalised the developer for not complying with its orders on delayed handovers, refunds and map approvals.
