Vertex Luxarium

Vertex Luxarium is a small retail project by Vertex Retail on NH-24 at Mehrauli, Ghaziabad, opposite Manipal Hospital according to a listing. It is registered with UP RERA in two phases: Phase I (UPRERAPRJ639645) on plot C1A/A and Phase II (UPRERAPRJ583422) on plot C1A/B, each of roughly 480 sq m, for a combined site of about a quarter of an acre. The two filings list 74 shops in total, 40 in Phase I and 34 in Phase II. A portal describes a building of three floors with retail, office and dining use, and lists shop super areas of about 95 to 740 sq ft, priced from about Rs 20 lakh for kiosk-size units to around Rs 1.6 crore for the largest showrooms. The declared RERA completion date for both phases is October 2026, and the mirror now shows them as completed, but the portal still calls the project a new launch and no handover news was found, so it is treated here as under construction. The site is close to Wave City and other NH-24 projects. Ask for the occupancy certificate and the carpet area of the unit before buying.
