Wave Eden

Eden is a high-rise apartment project inside Wave City, the large integrated township developed by Uppal Chadha Hi-Tech Developers along National Highway 24 in Ghaziabad. Wave City announced the project in October 2024, describing G+31 towers with only three-bedroom homes in two layouts, each with three open sides. The UP RERA registration, filed under the name UCHDPL-Eden, covers about 5.2 acres and 564 units, made up mainly of 512 3 BHK apartments with carpet areas of roughly 1,019 to 1,118 sq ft and 51 small shops. Listing sites describe four towers, although the launch announcement referred to three towers in the first phase. The site sits at the crossing of two of Wave City's main arterial roads, a short distance from NH-24 and next to a large central park in the Greenwood Enclave pocket. The developer highlights an Olympic-size pool and a clubhouse with dining and leisure facilities. The declared RERA completion date is June 2029. Asking prices on portals vary from around Rs 80 lakh to well above Rs 1.4 crore depending on size and source, so buyers should confirm the price list and tower allotment with the developer.
