Wave Eligo

Eligo is a mid-rise apartment project in the Greenwood Enclave pocket of Wave City, the integrated township built by Uppal Chadha Hi-Tech Developers beside National Highway 24 in Ghaziabad. It sits next to Wave City's Central Park and was registered with UP RERA in mid-2022 as UCHDPL-Eligo. The project offers a single home type, a three-bedroom apartment with a carpet area of about 93.5 sq m, or roughly 1,006 sq ft, in two layouts: a typical unit of about 1,453 sq ft super area and a corner unit of about 1,505 sq ft with a larger balcony. RERA records 384 such homes across three blocks on a site of around 4.2 acres. The developer's specification list includes modular kitchens, air-conditioned rooms, basic home automation, video door phones and 2 kVA power backup per flat, while shared facilities include a clubhouse, pool, gym, yoga and media rooms and EV charging provision. The developer now shows both layouts as sold out, so availability is limited to resale. The declared RERA completion date is March 2027; buyers looking at resale units should check the handover stage and occupancy status before paying.
