Wave Executive Floors

Wave Executive Floors is a low-rise apartment project in the Greenwood Enclave area of Wave City, the township by Uppal Chadha Hi-Tech Developers beside National Highway 24 in Ghaziabad. Instead of high-rise towers, it uses stilt-plus-five-storey buildings with lifts, giving a builder-floor feel within a gated community. The UP RERA registration covers about 13 acres and 1,060 homes: 820 two-bedroom apartments of about 584 sq ft carpet and 240 three-bedroom apartments of about 729 sq ft carpet, each with a balcony. The developer highlights a canal-side jogging track of around four kilometres, a nearby central park, dedicated parking and a clubhouse with gym and pool. Specifications include vitrified flooring, granite kitchen counters and aluminium windows. The project appears in the developer's delivered and sold-out list, and the RERA mirror shows the registration as completed with a declared completion date of June 2021. As a result, homes here are now bought on resale. Buyers should check the society's maintenance arrangements, the transfer charges and the condition of the unit, and compare resale prices with newer Wave City projects such as Eden and Veridia.
