Aditya The Kutumb

The Kutumb is a residential project in Aditya World City, the large township on the Shahpur Bamheta side of National Highway 24 in Ghaziabad. It is registered with UP RERA by AAPL Projects Private Limited, an entity linked on listing sites to the Aditya brand, and is marketed as Aditya The Kutumb. The project is built around a single home type: every one of the 432 registered residences is a 4 BHK, with RERA carpet areas between about 1,507 and 1,789 sq ft, which places it at the larger, family-oriented end of the township's supply. The RERA registration covers about 5.58 acres and four towers, and listing sites describe tall towers of roughly 27 floors with a terrace-level sky deck. Planned facilities mentioned by portals include a clubhouse, pools, a gym and courts for several sports. The site is a couple of kilometres from NH-24, with Manipal Hospital Ghaziabad nearby. The developer has declared a RERA completion date of September 2029. Listing prices differ widely between portals, so ask the developer for the current price sheet and verify the carpet area and payment plan against the RERA record.
