Ashiana Anmol

Ashiana Anmol is a phased group housing development by Ashiana Housing Limited in Sector 33, Sohna, on land in the revenue estate of Village Dhunela. The HRERA Gurugram portal lists Ashiana Housing as promoter, with the first phase registered as 26 of 2017. Later phases followed: third-party listings and an HRERA-hosted receipt point to Phase 3 under registration 54 of 2022, and listings also show a Phase 2. The homes are compact by Gurugram standards. Phase 2 listings show 2 BHK apartments of roughly 780 to 790 sq ft and 3 BHK apartments of about 1,000 to 1,260 sq ft. Planning department records show Ashiana applied in early 2019 for an occupation certificate for a group housing colony in Sector 33, which fits with the earlier part of the project being complete while newer phases are still being built. Listings disagree on total land area, unit count, prices and handover dates, so buyers should confirm which phase a unit belongs to, check that phase's RERA certificate and ask whether the tower already has an occupation certificate. Ashiana's commercial component, Anmol Plaza, is registered separately.
