Ashiana Mulberry

Ashiana Mulberry is a phased group housing project by Ashiana Homes (Ashiana Dwellings) in Sector 2, Sohna, on the southern edge of Gurugram. It is a different company from the Jaipur-based Ashiana Housing. The first phase, covering Towers 1 to 3 and an EWS block, was registered with the Haryana regulator in August 2017 as registration 44 of 2017, and a second phase followed in October 2018. Ashiana now lists Mulberry Phase 1 as completed, with work between 2015 and 2022.

The current sales focus is Mulberry Moments, described as phase four, which received HARERA registration 92 of 2025 in October 2025. It rises to 25 floors in three wings named Ultima, Magma and Prima, offering three-bedroom homes (with a servant room in two wings) and a limited number of four-bedroom units, for around 138 families. Another phase, Mulberry Blossom, is also shown as ongoing. Facilities include a 35,000 sq ft club, pools, a mini theatre and a banquet hall.

Buyers should check which phase a unit belongs to, its own RERA completion date and the carpet area in the agreement, since the phases differ in timing and specification.
