Breez Flora Avenue 33

Flora Avenue 33 is a low-rise residential project in Sector 33, Sohna, promoted by Global Horizon Holdings, the company that markets its projects under the Breez brand. It is built as independent floors on plots within an affordable plotted colony licensed under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana, and HRERA booking forms describe the units as residential independent floors under the DDJAY policy of 2016. The project is being registered in phases. Phase I was registered with HRERA in 2021. Phase II, on about 1.78 acres, was filed in July 2025 and shows an approved certificate uploaded in early 2026. Phase III, on just under one acre, received registration 118 of 2025 on 26 November 2025. The project report gives a completion deadline of 31 December 2030. One of the two licences cited in the Phase III order, dated 2019, was shown valid only to March 2024, while a second licence runs to 2027. Buyers should confirm licence renewal, the phase their floor belongs to and the approved building plan before booking.
