Central Park Flower Valley is a large licensed township by Central Park, through its company St. Patricks Realty, on the Sohna side of the Gurugram-Sohna corridor. The total licensed area cited in HRERA documents is about 196 acres across Sohna Sectors 29, 30, 32 and 33. This record covers the low-rise floors and villas registration. The HRERA certificate describes about 14.49 acres for registration with 65 villas and 883 independent floors on 269 plots, and an HRERA filing for 2022 lists registration 99 of 2022 for Flower Valley Floors and Villas. Within this part of the township, Central Park sells named collections. Flamingo Floors are ground plus two independent floors of roughly 1,100 to 2,500 sq ft, and Cerise and Clover are other floor collections that portals list with 2, 3 and larger configurations.
