Central Park The Skylo Tower

The Skylo Tower is a commercial project by Central Park in Sector 32, Sohna, within the wider Flower Valley township. It is the commercial counterpart to the township's residential towers and floors, and is aimed at offices, studios and services for the growing population of the Sohna sectors. HRERA Gurugram registered the project on 22 December 2025 as GGM/1024/756/2025/127, after an online application in September 2025, and the certificate was uploaded at the start of January 2026. The DTCP-approved building plans are for a commercial complex on about 3.42 acres. The licence is held by MLT Propmart, with Central Park's company St. Patricks Realty as collaborator, and runs to 28 January 2029. A listing site tags the project as a new launch, with units from about 1,100 sq ft and prices from about Rs 3.3 crore, though it places the project in Sector 33 rather than the Sector 32 shown in the HRERA records. Investors should ask for the approved use of each floor, the assured-return or leasing terms if any are offered, and the registered completion date before committing.
