DDA Loknayakpuram Pocket E

Pocket E at Lok Nayak Puram, also known as Bakkarwala, is a DDA multi-storey housing project in west Delhi. Its Delhi RERA record, DLRERA2022P0038, was first registered for 600 two-bedroom and 221 EWS homes and later revised to 647 two-bedroom and 224 EWS homes on about 34,150 sq m, with 1,401 parking spaces and an end date of March 2022. DDA has sold these MIG flats in several rounds. When it launched the Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana in January 2025, all 63 MIG flats offered here sold within days, and in March 2025 it added 107 more in Towers A and B with plinth areas of about 134 to 141 sq m at about Rs 94 to 99 lakh after a 20 percent discount. More flats in Block F were added to the Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana in October 2025, and the Premium Housing Scheme 2026 put 160 MIG flats up for e-auction with reserve prices of about Rs 1.14 to 1.19 crore. DDA points to the pocket's position beside UER-II, which it says gives a 20-minute drive to the airport, and to Mundka Metro station about 2.5 km away. Prices exclude conversion and water connection charges.
