DLF ONE Midtown

ONE Midtown is DLF's luxury apartment project at 15 Shivaji Marg in Moti Nagar, west Delhi, and is the fourth phase of the company's wider Midtown development on its former industrial land there. DLF builds it through DLF Urban, its joint venture with Singapore's sovereign fund GIC. The Delhi RERA registration, DLRERA2021P0007, describes a 5.14-acre site with multi-storey apartments, units for community service personnel, a club, swimming pools, a small commercial component and 1,819 parking spaces, with an end date of July 2026. When DLF opened sales in January 2022 it said the project had 913 flats and prices starting at about Rs 3 crore; the mix is two, three and four bedrooms. Moti Nagar sits between Karol Bagh and Rajouri Garden with Blue Line metro access, and new large-format private housing is rare in this part of Delhi, which is why the project drew a strong response. Resale prices have since risen well above the launch level. Buyers should check the possession schedule against the July 2026 RERA date and ask about the occupancy certificate for each tower.
