DLF Midtown Plaza

DLF Midtown Plaza is the retail and entertainment block of DLF's Midtown development on Shivaji Marg in Moti Nagar, west Delhi. It is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2022P0018 by DLF Home Developers. The record describes a shopping mall cum multiplex that the company will develop for short-term leasing, not for sale, on about 6,380 sq m of freehold land, with 184 shops, one multiplex and 508 covered parking spaces. It was approved in April 2022 and has an end date of April 2027, with construction under way.
