TARC Kailasa

TARC Kailasa is TARC's flagship luxury housing project on the site of a former mall at 67 Najafgarh Road, Kirti Nagar. It is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2023P0017 and is being built by TARC Projects Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary. The registration describes 417 residential units along with 175 EWS and 175 CSP units on about 24,800 sq m, with 1,499 parking spaces and an end date of December 2028. TARC launched the project in January 2024, saying it would invest about Rs 1,200 crore in construction and build about 17 lakh sq ft. By March 2026 the company said around 275 units had been sold across four towers and that it was opening a fifth tower of 110 units priced at about Rs 11 to 14 crore each, with total revenue expected at about Rs 4,500 crore and completion targeted for March 2030. The flats are large three and four bedroom homes with study rooms. Kirti Nagar is well placed for central and west Delhi, with metro access nearby. Note the gap between the RERA end date of 2028 and the company's later 2030 target.
