DDA Narela Pocket 1C Sector A1-A4

Pocket 1C in Narela Sector A1-A4 holds DDA EWS and Category-II homes that, unlike the prefab Pockets 1A and 1B, were built with conventional cast-in-situ construction. The Delhi RERA record DLRERA2022P0036 covers about 39,100 sq m, with work starting in June 2014 and an end date of June 2020; it does not list the total number of flats. In the Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, launched in January 2026, DDA offered 45 MIG flats in Blocks A, B and C here, each with a plinth area of about 114 sq m including common area, at roughly Rs 67 lakh after a flat 25 percent discount. Maintenance, conversion and water connection charges are extra and are added in the demand letter. Booking required a Rs 4 lakh deposit for MIG flats and was done online on DDA's Awaas portal on a first-come-first-served basis. Pocket 1C offers some of the cheapest MIG-category homes DDA has sold in Narela in recent years, but the flats are smaller than the two-bedroom MIG units in the newer A1-A4 pockets, so compare layouts and maintenance status before choosing.
