DDA Narela Sector G7/G8 Pockets 6 and 7

DDA built Pockets 6 and 7 of Narela Sector G7/G8 as prefab affordable housing between 2016 and 2020. According to the Delhi RERA record DLRERA2022P0028, Pocket 6 has 2,618 LIG and 580 EWS homes and Pocket 7 has 2,638 LIG and 580 EWS homes, on a combined site of about 125,750 sq m, with an end date of September 2020. In January 2026 DDA offered 63 EWS flats in Blocks E8 to E11 of the two pockets at about Rs 9.6 to 9.7 lakh after a 25 percent discount, and in March 2026 it added 381 LIG flats in Pocket 6 and 389 in Pocket 7 to the Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 at about Rs 18.4 lakh each for a plinth area of 49.9 sq m. On top of the price, DDA collects a Rs 1 lakh maintenance corpus and 12 months of maintenance upfront at Rs 1.75 per sq ft, plus conversion and water connection charges. Booking for the LIG flats opened on 27 March 2026 with a Rs 1 lakh booking amount. The pockets are part of the large G7/G8 cluster that DDA has been trying to populate, so check neighbourhood services and transport before buying.
