DDA Narela Sector G7/G8 Pocket 11

Pocket 11 (also written Pocket XI) of Narela Sector G7/G8 is a large DDA prefab housing pocket. It forms one sub-head of the turnkey project registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2022P0029, which covers 6,511 LIG and 1,420 EWS homes in this pocket along with a bigger block of homes in Sectors G2-G6. The registered project shows an end date of November 2020. DDA has used Pocket 11 heavily in its recent affordable schemes. In Phase II of the Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025, opened in November 2025, it offered 1,120 EWS flats of about 35 sq m plinth area at a reported Rs 13.7 to 13.8 lakh after a 15 percent discount; Phase III from December 2025 and a January 2026 addition of 307 EWS flats followed. In March 2026 DDA offered 1,174 LIG flats of 49.9 sq m here at about Rs 18.35 lakh after a 25 percent discount, plus a maintenance corpus and a year of advance maintenance. Booking for these schemes is online and first-come-first-served, with Rs 50,000 for EWS and Rs 1 lakh for LIG flats. Check the specific block, floor and water supply before booking.
