Ekaakshara Garden Residency

Garden Residency is a project of independent residential floors by Ekaakshara Builders LLP in Sector 5, Sohna, within an affordable plotted colony licensed under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana. The colony covers about 11.09 acres under DTCP licence 118 of 2025, held by three landowners in collaboration with Ekaakshara, and was registered with HRERA as 85 of 2025 on 1 October 2025, with validity to July 2029. The first floors project, Garden Residency, covers 132 floors on 33 plots across about 1.25 acres. The HRERA portal shows it as approved, and documents cite registration 112 of 2025, with a projected completion date of 30 June 2029. A second application, filed on 11 November 2025 and called Garden Residency II, seeks registration of 108 more floors on 27 plots. A listing site warns that another developer markets a project with a similar name in the same sector. Buyers should match the promoter name, HRERA number and plot numbers in the agreement, and confirm which phase the floor belongs to.
